Since 1995 he was working at Intel, managing Central Eastern Europe corporate sales and marketing strategies. Between 2006 and 2011 Piotr Pągowski was working for Microsoft as Country Manager E&D (Entertainment & Devices) responsible for Poland and Baltics States, later Consumer & On-line General Manager and OEM Director. Starting of 1st April 2011 he became the General Manager of Personal Systems Group at HP Poland.

Prof. Dr. Mark Harris is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the high-tech industry and in entrepreneurship. Prof. Harris recently retired from Intel to follow his passion in entrepreneurship and in new venture creation. While at Intel, Prof. Harris built Intel Global Technology Etrepreneurship program together with UC Berkeley California Lester Center for Entrepreneurship. During this period Prof. Harris experienced first hand the difficulties, especiallly in Europe, of building entrepreneurial Eco-Systems.Prof. Harris holds Master Degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Technical University in Munich. He also holds a Professorship as Associated Professor for Technology University in Sofia. He is also an expert for the Executive MBA Program at the Technical University of Munich and is a Senior Fellow at the International Entrepreneurship Academy Intentac. Prof. Harris is also on the executive board of Informatics Europe as well as on advisory boards of collaborating or invested companies.
Prof. Harris received a Doctor honoris causa from the St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia and also received the Blue Ribbon of Sofia - the highest recognition for academic achievement of the University of Sofia award. In 2010 Prof. Harris received a Doctor honoris causa from the University Politehnica of Bucharest.
Dr Jacek Jettmar is a Chief Consultant and President of Management Board in Centrum Promocji Ltd - a group of managers and industrial consultants providing consulting services for companies and state agencies in the field of feasibility studies, business plans, strategies for local communities, marketing studies, restructuring of industrial enterprises, privatization of state-owned enterprises, transfer of technology, etc.
In the previous years, while holding a position of Director of Marketing and Director of Development in the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone Ltd Sopot (PSEZ), Dr Jettmar introduced a number of large and eminent foreign investors into PSEZ and completed a number of development plans for investment territories of the PSEZ. Some completed projects include: design of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone, numerous audits and restructuring programs for Polish R&D institutes, restructuring and privatization reports for state owned enterprises and for industrial sectors, such as Sectoral Study of Polish Electronic Industry, etc. Under his direct guidance many of consultants have worked out more than 200 consultancy reports for industrial firms: restructuring analyses, development strategies, privatization programs, R&D strategies, etc.
Dr Jettmar holds a Master Degree in Shipbuilding/Naval Architecture from Gdansk University of Technology and PhD degree in Technology. He has also completed a number of enhancing training courses and studies in management, restructuring techniques, transfer of technology and industrial strategies. He was during two terms (2003-2009) the president of the Alumni Association of Gdańsk University of Technology. Currently he is a chief consultant of technology transfer conferences organized on GUT each year.
